Many times people find themselves at the point where they are ready to start training, but they feel intimidated by a lack of knowledge, maybe a lack of motivation, or they may just want a guide for the workout session. Whether it is related to one of the previous statements, or the individual is looking for overall wellness coaching, this is where we shine.
Fitness and wellness coaching can greatly increase methodology to ensure the fastest path for a client to reach their individual goals. This includes, exercise education, dynamic and systematic execution of kinetic chain movements, dietary guidance, TUT (time under tension) and POL (progressive over load) balance, injury prevention, injury recovery, proper use of major human body complex joint motions such as the LPHC (Lumbo Pelvic Hip Complex) and knowledge of the difference between rest, recovery and growth phases. Training and coaching also allows for specific interests of athletes to be focused on. For example, a power lifter will train much differently than a fitness model, or a marathon runner.
Each athlete will need a program built and styled to the individual goal of competition, outcome, or desired overall result. Not only that, but we pride ourselves on creating a connection with clients so that during this journey, (however long) you know that you are not only getting the best coaching, but also building a life-long connection with our team.
